Welcome to Laundry Pros Direct. Laundry Pros Direct provide their services to you subject to the

following terms and conditions. If you visit or shop at Laundry Pros Direct, you agree to accept these

terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Laundry Pros Direct.

Products are not sold on a trial basis. All merchandise is sold with the manufacturer's warranty and

subject to availability at time of delivery.

Merchandise must be inspected at time of delivery; claims for damages must be made at that time. Seller

will not be responsible for damages once signed for.

If merchandise cannot be delivered because of no safe access due to construction, structural conditions

or any other challenges then freight charges will apply.

All appliances are delivered with factory supplied parts, if any. Electric dryers do not come with line cords.

We are not responsible for any utilities necessary for the proper connection of the appliance. You must be

aware of the electrical requirements, type of gas, if applicable and size of product along with the physical

conditions (door openings, ceiling height, stairs, etc.). Gas products are shipped natural unless otherwise

noted on the invoice.

Customer is responsible for all installations unless otherwise noted on the invoice. All installations and

hookups are made to existing supplied utilities only, with factory supplied parts if any. Any alterations,

materials or adaptations are extra.

All used models sold "AS IS" and orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

Split deliveries will incur additional charges.

Products for return will not be considered for acceptance unless they are in brand new, uninstalled

condition with all packing materials including cartons in original condition. Shipping and handling charges

to and from the warehouse are not refundable and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Special orders and custom pieces will not be considered

for return. The three (3.5) percent credit charge for cancelled credit card charges is payable by the

customer. Purchases must be paid in full prior to delivery. Deliveries with an unpaid balance will be

removed from the delivery schedule.

Orders must be cancelled in written form and confirmed verbally with the customer service call center prior to release of shipment,

cancellation confirmation number is provided upon cancellation.

Once an order is in transit, the order cannot be cancelled.

License and Site Access

Laundry Pros Direct grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to

download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent

of Laundry Pros Direct. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its

contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this

site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another

merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or

any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise

exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Laundry Pros Direct. You may

not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information

(including images, text, page layout, or form) of Laundry Pros Direct and our affiliates without express

written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Laundry Pros Direct's

name or trademarks without the express written consent of Laundry Pros Direct. Any unauthorized use

terminates the permission or license granted by Laundry Pros Direct. You are granted a limited,

revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of Laundry Pros Direct so long

as the link does not portray Laundry Pros Direct, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false,

misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Laundry Pros Direct logo or

other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password

and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that

occur under your account or password. Laundry Pros Direct and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse

service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Cardholder Agreement

When you make purchases from Laundry Pros Direct using your major credit card, you agree to honor the

terms and conditions of your cardholder agreement. Laundry Pros Direct is not responsible for items lost

in shipping (see "Risk of Loss")

Product Descriptions

Laundry Pros Direct and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Laundry Pros Direct

does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable,

current, or error-free. If a product offered by Laundry Pros Direct itself is not as described, your sole

remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full

retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in

accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item

offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the

prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List

Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or

suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set.

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until

after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in

our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our

discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such

cancellation.

All products sold on this web site are sold by Laundry Pros Direct. Any terms and conditions applying

directly or indirectly to returns, refunds and exchanges by customers are those of Laundry Pros Direct.

Indemnification

Choice of Law, Jurisdiction, and Venue

You agree that this agreement and your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of

California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. By using this site, you consent to the

exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts, tribunals, agencies and other dispute resolution

organizations in Long Beach, California, USA for all disputes (i) arising out of, relating to or concerning

this agreement, the site and your use thereof; (ii) in which the site and/or this agreement is an issue or a

material fact; or (iii) in which the site or this agreement is referenced in a paper filed in a court, tribunal,

agency or other dispute resolution organization.

Arbitration

The parties agree to submit all controversies to arbitration in accordance with the provisions set forth

below and understand that: (a) Arbitration is final and binding on the parties. (b) The parties are waiving

their right to seek remedies in court, including the right to a jury trial. (c) Pre-arbitration discovery is

generally more limited and different from court proceedings. (d) The arbitrator's award is not required to

include factual findings or legal reasoning and any party's right to appeal or to seek modification of rulings

by arbitrators is strictly limited. (e) The panel requested by the claimant will require three arbitrators. (f) All

controversies which may arise between the parties concerning this Agreement shall be determined by

arbitration pursuant to the rules of JAMS or American Arbitration Association. Judgment on any award of

any such arbitration may be entered in a Court of Competent Jurisdiction in California, and California law

shall apply to all disputes including the interpretation of this clause. The parties agree that the

determination of the arbitrators shall be binding and conclusive upon them.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Laundry Pros Direct or to products you purchase through

Laundry Pros Direct shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Long Beach, California, except that, to

the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Laundry Pros Direct's intellectual

property rights, Laundry Pros Direct may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal

court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American

Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any

court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this

Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether

through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Modification, and Severability

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any

of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be

deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Trademarks

Laundry Pros Direct and other Laundry Pros Direct graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts,

and service names are trademarks, registered trademarks or trade dress of Laundry Pros Direct or its

affiliates in the U.S. and/or other countries. Laundry Pros Direct trademarks and trade dress may not be

used in connection with any product or service that is not Laundry Pros Direct, in any manner that is likely

to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Laundry Pros

Direct. All other trademarks not owned by Laundry Pros Direct or its affiliates that appear on this site are

the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored

by Laundry Pros Direct or its affiliates.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital

downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Laundry Pros Direct or its content
